Pugwash, Nova Scotia— While the first few snow flurries have sprinkled the lawns at East Cumberland Lodge, their volunteer lead gardener, Deborah Cameron has been out with volunteers from the local Community in Blooms digging holes and energetically planting more than 1,000 flower bulbs for a spring showing.
